Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abacus & Olive and J&J Yard, LLC shall not be liable for financial losses, lost profits, investment losses, tax liabilities, penalties, consequential damages, indirect damages, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
Maximum Liability
The total aggregate liability of Abacus & Olive shall not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the claim.
