A name with three meanings — and one story.
The financial side — every account, every bill, every dollar tracked in one place.
Honoring a dear friend whose life inspired the belief that financial clarity should be for everyone.
A guide that helps you protect and grow what matters — today, next year, and decades ahead
The name Stache honors a dear friend of ours, Anastasia. Like many people, she struggled to stay on top of the countless moving pieces of personal finance. She was brilliant — just not built for spreadsheets and account aggregators. Money felt overwhelming, the way it does for most of us.
We tried to help her, the only way we knew how — with a complex manual system we'd built for ourselves. It worked, but it wasn't something we could hand to her. The tool didn't exist yet.
Abacus & Olive was built around a simple belief: financial organization shouldn't be reserved for accountants, analysts, or spreadsheet enthusiasts. Everyone deserves a clear picture of their money and their future.
We wish Anastasia had this when she was alive. Naming the in-app guide for her means she's still part of helping people find their way.
Hi, I'm Stache. I'm here to help you get the most out of Abacus & Olive. Whether you're setting up your first bill, tagging income, or hunting for that one feature you can't quite find — just ask.
Find the tab you need, the setting you forgot, the feature you missed. Stache knows where everything lives.
Ask "what does Never Cleared mean?" or "how do I add a beneficiary?" — get a clear answer in your context.
