At Abacus & Olive, we want you to feel comfortable trying the Service.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of your most recent monthly subscription charge. If requested within this period, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Annual Subscriptions
You may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days of the original annual subscription purchase. If requested within this period, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create eligibility for a refund outside the refund windows described above.
Free Trial
If you cancel during the 90-day free trial period, your payment method will not be charged.
How to Request a Refund

No explanation is required.
Once we approve your refund request, we'll initiate it through our payment processor (Stripe) within 2 business days. After that, the timeline depends on your bank or card network — Abacus & Olive cannot speed up that part of the process:
> Visa, Mastercard, and Discover: typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
> American Express: typically up to 14 business days
> International cards: 14–30 business days, depending on local clearing systems
A few timing notes:
> Refunds within a few hours of the original charge may appear as a reversal — your original pending charge simply drops off your statement rather than showing a separate credit. This is normal.
> Canceled or expired cards: if the card you originally paid with has been canceled or expired, your bank will return the funds to Stripe before we can re-route them, which can add up to 30 days.
If you haven't seen the credit after the expected window, email info@abacusandolive.com with your account email and we'll trace it with Stripe.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases involving:
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of promotional offers
Chargeback abuse
Nothing in this policy limits rights that may be provided under applicable law.
