Payment Information Payments are processed by Stripe. Abacus & Olive doesnot store full payment card information.
Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)
Users may elect to connect their own cloud storage provider. Supportedproviders may include: Google Drive Microsoft OneDrive Dropbox Apple iCloudWhen BYOC is selected: Financial files are stored primarily within your selectedcloud account. You retain direct control of storage permissions. Youreceive a discounted subscription rate. We may temporarily process data necessary to providefeatures, synchronization, or calculations.While we minimize storage of BYOC content, some temporary caching,processing logs, backups, and operational metadata may still be retained forsecurity, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and service functionality.
Hosted Storage
Users who select hosted storage authorize Abacus & Olive to store their data using our service providers. Data may be encrypted both in transit and atrest.

Children's Privacy
Abacus & Olive may be used by minors through family accounts, parent-authorized access, or educational programs.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except as authorized by a parent, guardian, school, or other legally authorized educational program.
Parents, guardians, and educational institutions may request review, correction, or deletion of student information by contacting us.
Changes
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically.

Subprocessors
We share data with the following subprocessors, each only with the data needed to perform a specific service:
• Supabase (database, authentication, file storage) — privacy policy
• Vercel (web hosting, CDN) — privacy policy
• Stripe (payment processing — receives your card and billing details; we never see them) — privacy policy
• Anthropic (AI assistant chat — receives only the messages you send to Stache; under Anthropic’s Commercial Terms, your data is not used to train AI models) — privacy policy · commercial terms
• Sentry (error monitoring — receives error stack traces and limited app state for debugging crashes) — privacy policy
• MailerLite (email newsletters and product updates — receives your email address and name) — privacy policy
• Google / Gmail (email delivery for receipts, password resets, and notifications) — privacy policy
If we add new subprocessors in the future, we’ll update this list and notify subscribed users by email.
